One person is feared dead while at least 17 others sustained serious injuries after a matatu plunged into the Nyakibai River at Mataara along Gakoe–Mataara Road in Murang’a County.
The passengers were returning to Kinyona from a burial ceremony in Nakuru when the accident occurred late last night, witnesses report.
