Kipchumba Murkomen has revealed that more than 13 suspects linked to the attack on Godfrey Osotsi have fled the country. He said authorities have launched efforts to track them down.
Speaking before the National Assembly Security Committee on April 21, Murkomen confirmed that security agencies initiated a cross-border operation.
