Former Cabinet Minister Raphael Tuju has pleaded not guilty to charges of giving false information to a public officer and was released on a personal bond of Sh100,000.
Appearing before Chief Magistrate Stella Atambo, Tuju denied the allegations, with the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions telling the court that he knowingly misled law enforcement.
