1. Senior Investigation Officer – Mechanical Engineer
Job Grade: EACC “6” Ref: EACC/LSAR/SIOME/1 No. of Posts: 1
Reporting to: Assistant Director – Specialized Services
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to investigations in the field of Mechanical Engineering, including preparation of technical reports.
- Liaise with external experts in the inspection, audit, and valuation of assets or projects under investigation.
- Offer professional opinions and advisory reports on engineering-related investigations.
- Support prosecution of criminal and civil cases by providing expert opinion and court testimony.
Requirements for Appointment:
- Minimum of ten (10) years’ relevant experience in Mechanical Engineering, including at least two (2) years post-registration with a professional body.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Registered Engineer with the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK) and a member of the Institution of Engineers of Kenya (IEK).
- Minimum KCSE Grade C+.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
2. Administration Officer II – Asset/Property Management
Job Grade: EACC “8” Ref: EACC/LSAR/AOIIAPM/2 No. of Posts: 1
Reporting to: Deputy Director – Asset Tracing
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify, register, and manage preserved and recovered assets.
- Maintain an accurate and updated asset inventory.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and court directives regarding asset management.
- Safeguard assets against loss, damage, or misuse.
- Undertake research on asset management and provide advisory support.
Requirements for Appointment:
- Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- KCSE minimum Grade C+.
- Postgraduate training in Asset Management.
- Membership in a relevant professional body.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
3. Paralegal Clerk II
Job Grade: EACC “10” Ref: EACC/LSAR/PLCII/3 No. of Posts: 3
Reporting to: Deputy Director – Asset Recovery and Civil Litigation
Duties and Responsibilities:
- File pleadings and serve court processes.
- Conduct official searches and maintain legal records.
- Liaise with auctioneers and registries for asset recovery.
- Update court diaries and ensure safe custody of legal documents.
Requirements for Appointment:
- Minimum of four (4) years’ relevant experience.
- Diploma in Law.
- KCSE mean grade C or equivalent.
- Certified Court Process Server.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
4. Investigation Officer II – Accountant/Auditor
Job Grade: EACC “8” Ref: EACC/INV/IOIIA/4 No. of Posts: 2
Reporting to: Deputy Director – Forensic Investigation
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Investigate corruption and economic crimes.
- Trace and preserve corruptly acquired assets.
- Compile investigation reports and support prosecutions.
Requirements for Appointment:
- Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience, two (2) in criminal investigations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or equivalent.
- CPA (K), ACCA, CISA, or CIA qualification.
- Membership in a relevant professional body.
- Certificate in investigations or fraud-related courses.
- KCSE minimum Grade C+.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
5. ICT Officer II – Software Developer
Job Grade: EACC “8” Ref: EACC/CSS/ICTOII/5 No. of Posts: 2
Reporting to: Deputy Director – ICT
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions.
- Maintain databases and ensure system security.
- Write clean and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with teams to analyse user needs and optimize performance.
Requirements for Appointment:
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in software development, three (3) as a lead developer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in PHP, JavaScript, Golang, Rust, or Python.
- KCSE minimum Grade C+.
- Knowledge of database systems and version control tools.
- Proficiency in Linux/Windows server environments.
Added advantage: Certification in database management, front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue), or PHP frameworks.
6. Administrative Secretary II
Job Grade: EACC “10” Ref: EACC/CSS/ASII/6 No. of Posts: 2
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, correspondence, and diaries.
- Handle travel bookings, meetings, and record management.
- Support staff welfare and handle petty cash.
Requirements for Appointment:
- Minimum of four (4) years’ relevant experience.
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies or equivalent.
- KCSE minimum Grade C.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
7. Office Assistant III
Job Grade: EACC “12” Ref: EACC/CSS/OAIII/7 No. of Posts: 2
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean offices and assist with mail dispatch.
- Guide visitors and manage office logistics.
- Assist in photocopying, filing, and minor repairs.
Requirements for Appointment:
- Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience.
- KCSE mean grade D plain or equivalent.
- Certificate in computer applications (added advantage).
8. Accounts Assistant I
Job Grade: EACC “9” Ref: EACC/F&P/AAI/8 No. of Posts: 2
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process payments, manage petty cash, and reconcile bank statements.
- Maintain accounting records and assist in budgeting.
Requirements for Appointment:
- Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience.
- CPA (K) and ICPAK membership.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in IFMIS or ERP accounting systems.
- KCSE minimum Grade C+.
9. Risk Management Officer II
Job Grade: EACC “8” Ref: EACC/IA/RMOII/9 No. of Posts: 1
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) policies.
- Prepare risk reports and maintain risk registers.
- Support risk awareness and compliance initiatives.
Requirements for Appointment:
- Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Law, or related field.
- CPA(K), CIA, or CISA certification.
- Risk Management Certification.
- KCSE minimum Grade C+.
10. Information Assistant II
Job Grade: EACC “10” Ref: EACC/PS/IAII/10 No. of Posts: 1
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage library and resource centre operations.
- Catalogue, index, and digitize materials.
- Maintain accurate library records.
Requirements for Appointment:
- Minimum of four (4) years’ relevant experience.
- Diploma in Library Studies or Information Science.
- KCSE mean grade C or equivalent.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
11. Supply Chain Management Assistant II
Job Grade: EACC “10” Ref: EACC/SCM/SCMAII/11 No. of Posts: 2
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare LPOs/LSOs and manage supplier contracts.
- Handle procurement documentation and maintain registers.
- Inspect delivered goods and ensure compliance with specifications.
Requirements for Appointment:
- Minimum of four (4) years’ experience.
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- KCSE mean grade C or equivalent.
- Member of KISM in good standing.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
