A chilling air traffic control recording has revealed the terrifying final moments before a fatal runway collision at LaGuardia Airport that killed two pilots and left dozens injured.
The crash involved Air Canada Express flight AC-8646, operated by Jazz Aviation on behalf of Air Canada.
