Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party chairperson Gladys Wanga has rejected moves by the Linda Mwananchi faction to hold a parallel National Delegates Conference (NDC) on March 27. She described the plan as a deliberate attempt to confuse members.
Speaking at Chungwa House on Thursday, March 19, Wanga insisted that only the party’s National Executive Committee (NEC) has the authority to convene an NDC. She challenged the Sifuna-led faction to clarify which NEC supposedly authorised their meeting.
