President William Samoei Ruto has announced a historic 40% reduction in university fees, promising that every Kenyan child will access higher education regardless of background.
Speaking in Nderema Village, Mumias East, Kakamega County, Ruto emphasized the government’s commitment to education as a pathway to national development.
