Vacancy Announcement: Senior Assistant Director at IPOA

The Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA) was created under the Independent Policing Oversight Authority Act, Cap. 86 of the Laws of Kenya. Its main role is to provide civilian oversight of police work.

The Authority is looking to hire qualified and motivated Kenyan citizens with vision, creativity, and commitment to results for the following position:

Senior Assistant Director (1 Post) – IPOA/HR/08/2025

If selected, the successful candidate will be required to meet the conditions of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 by providing the following valid documents:

• Tax Compliance Certificate from the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA)

• Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI)

• Clearance Certificate from the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB)

• Clearance Certificate or report from a Credit Reference Bureau (CRB)

• Clearance Form from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC)
